How we use your data

• An essential part of Smart Letter Board’s functionality relies on held conversations. The conversations are stored in a smart format on the device and used to make suggestions. They are unrecognizable as a conversation and can be cleared at any time by you. Unused words are cleared automatically from the device after one day.
• Smart Letter Board doesn’t share your data with other services at any point during the processing. This makes the application fully functional without an internet connection.
• We do not store personally identifiable information, ensuring your conversations remain confidential and secure.
